Shreena Augustin

Shreena Augustin is a first generation Haitian American with an undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and a 2015 graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law. Shreena has developed a robust passion for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and a strong interest in supporting tech startups as they scale and secure growth. Shreena’s prior experience in bankruptcy and civil litigation have created a unique blend of skills and passion. In the development of her career Shreena has become a seasoned attorney with experience helping clients navigate complex business transactions. Shreena thrives in guiding founders, investors, and established companies through various stages of investment, acquisition, and integration, and is well-versed in the unique legal and operational needs of tech-driven businesses.
